I hereby stipulate that I am physically sound to proceed with yoga instruction. It is further agreed all exercises and lessons shall be undertaken at my sole risk and that Yoga on the Brazos and its instructors shall not be liable for injuries or damages. I understand all class tuitions are non-refundable and any unused portions may not be rolled over for future sessions.
